Sexual harassment at work
According to a survey 1 in 5 men has been sexually harassed at work. Amazingly it never happened to me. Assuming most WHO members are men, has anyone here got any evidence to support that statistic?

I once had my bum pinched by a fat, ugly, lesbian Aussie. Not sure to this day why she did it unless she thought I was a sheila.

My first job as a clerical officer in the Civil Service.

Bending over by a filing cabinet, I got slapped across the arse.. The woman responsible laughed "sorry I couldn't resist that"

My manager, who saw the whole thing, just said "If you'd done that, your feet wouldn't touch"

20 odd years ago that, of course I just forgot about it.

I wonder how much compo you could get for that?

Re: Sexual harassment at work
Talking with the lads in the pub the other night, one of them said, in all honesty, they'll come a time soon where blokes will be scared of chatting a girl up for fear of being accused of sexual harassment or some other BS.

A bit of a drastic thought IMO but it certainly makes you think.

There's definitely SH in workplaces, we've all seen it, but my experience is it's from both parties, although to be fair it is more blokes than women. But wasn't it only a few years back where the 'new women' decided it was cool to go chat a bloke up or openly tell them they wanted a bunk up. Why wasn't that SH?

Comedy is often exaggerated real life, but the Mick Flanagan sketch about when he 'got back in the dating game' and women came onto him is not far from the reality of how things actually changed.

Now - they look like they're swinging (no pun intended) in another direction where if we as blokes make any type of move it can be viewed as SH.

Of course there are predators, nonces, and perverts but the vast majority of blokes when attracted to a woman and when they deem the time & their own circumstances are right - take a chance.

They either get a yes or a no.

It's nothing more sinister than that.

When I go out with the misses other blokes check her out. It happens to all of us when out with the misses. It makes her feel a bit more special, whats wrong with that? If they were then to come up and start to make a move then they've overstepped the mark and it takes on a different dynamic.

Call it SH or just bang out of order but you'd report them if your 'e a PC warrior or give the mug a slap if he didn't fuck off - normal behaviour..

The PC brigade, whilst definately having a time and a place, are, generally speaking, fucking this world up bit by bit for both the blokes and women..

Just my personal view.

I watched a bit of that bollocks on BBC News yesterday morning. As an example of claimed multiple sexual harassment from clients, a waitress gave an example where she spilt some wine on a man's hand and he asked her to lick it off! The pervert!

I don't suppose the soulless, ugly bitch with a nasal ring, would have considered that it might just have been someone making light of her incompetence?

That's pretty much what my experience was, they used to love sexual jokes and a bit of touching up . The only problem was that other women would be jealous. With all this #metoo shit I'm not sure it will be as much fun. I'm glad I am retired now.

Worked at a recycling centre (aka dump) a few years back.

Only male member of office based staff.

Also about the only one under the age of 40.

Every single one of them (most married or lezzas) would flirt openly and talk about their sex lives in front of me

One was quite aggressive and regularly asked about my own sex life and made quite aggressive advances and at least twice made a grab for my nether regions

Obviously I called HR and got her sacked and answered a survey years later saying I was sexually harassed.

Actually no I didn't I laughed at it all and called her "fat pat with the smelly rat" and she laughed back and we got on really well

This is because I'm not a complete faggot like 1 in 5 men in the UK apparently are

Provided it is consensual it is all part of the workplace culture. Blokes have to be very careful nowadays, Some of these women moaning do not really know what sexual repression is all about, and feminists who moan about every trivial thing, tend not to be so vociferous when it comes to things like forced marriages, FMG and underage grooming, for the sake of cultural sensitivity

I worked in a jewellers when I left school at 16, there was a staff of 20 people, 2 blokes and 18 women, I wouldn't call it 'sexual harassment' but whatever it was, I fucking enjoyed it!
